HyperStudio Sound Recording Problem on ICS Computers

Some people have had a challenging time recording sound into HyperStudio stacks on the ICS computers. Quality is poor--very "scratchy."

The problem seems to be solved by increasing the volume on the recording microphone. Here's how:

1. Double-Click on the speaker icon on the task bar
2. Select Options menu: Properties
3. Cl ick to select the "Recording" radio button
4. Click [OK]
5. Drag the microphone volume slider to the top
6. Click the close button (the [X])
