FAQs 1. What is the District Development Team (DDT)? The DDT is comprised of educators, administrators, and a parent representative whose responsibility it is to identify professional development needs and to plan appropriate opportunities for the South Burlington School District staff. 2. What does the DDT do? The DDT meets on a monthly basis to review a variety of data sources that will inform a long-range, needs based staff development plan. Professional Development Focus for 2006-2008 Based upon the 2005 New England Common Assessment Program test results, the District Development Team centered the district's focus for professional development around writing for two consecutive years beginning in 2006.
